Is it free, and does it have ads?
Animal Sounds is completely free. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the app is downloaded, no internet connection is needed; all the animal sounds come inside the app, and it even works in airplane mode.
Who says the animal names?
The animal names are spoken in a soft, friendly voice by your phone's own text-to-speech feature. The app picks a female voice when it can; the voice depends on the voices installed on your phone. If the voice for the chosen language is not installed, a notice appears in the parent area; spoken names can also be switched off completely.
